Our experience with the dealership was truly awesome! We told Kobe Williams, who was our sales rep, and Manny the Sales Manager What we were looking for, and the 1st try was a slam dunk! They both also were very professional and did their best explaining all options, and also did their best to get us approved for financing. From the beginning to the end, we were explained every detail, and we were able to leave with our brand new truck that same night. The guys even stayed after hours to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would also like to add that Eldar, the financing manager, was very professional in explaining all of our financing details from top to bottom. From beginning to end our experience was top notch. I also would like to add that the service department was also it was also totally awesome.. We love our new truck, well actually it's a Slightly used vehicle, but to us it's brand new. I also wanted to say that our experience with the service department was top notch. Angel and Carl both did an outstanding job in helping us with all the awesome accessories that we had installed on the vehicle. They were very professional, and very knowledgeable as well. I just want to point out how friendly and helpful they were. When we weren't sure how long the truck would be in the service department, they even set up for us to have a rental car to make sure that we would not be inconvenienced. That was very kind of them to do that. We are looking forward to coming back periodically for service work on the vehicle, where we can enjoy there wonderful cafe and lounge . We are also going to make sure that we recommend everybody that's looking for a new or used vehicle to be sure and shop exclusively at your dealership. I thought service was mediocre. At first they said an attendant would come see me and I was in my truck for about 2o min. I then got off and one of the service man (the one who actually got everything do attendant would come see me and I was in my truck for about 2o min. I then got off and one of the service man (the one who actually got everything done) got me in line for service. He was honest and said it would take about an hour. He came back and told me my truck was done as he predicted in an hour. When I left I was confused because my truck said 20 % oil life. I then saw that it was not rested to the change. Basically they made mistakes and could have been more attentive but I am still happy with the service overall. More
