I had been to two NY Toyota dealerships where I live. One was horrendous, treated me like I did not matter. I noticed that I was the only customer in the entire dealership and left. My son in law made some enquiries, found your dealership and had me call. I was greated with respect, a smile and appreciation from EVERY SINGLE person I spoke to. I felt so comfortable that I purchased a car, sight unseen! When I arrived at your dealership the first thing I noticed was many customers inside....immediately I felt better. Mark Stevens was so patient with this old lady, showed me everything on the car and helped me hook up my phone to the Toyota app.......amazing! Sohail Butt presented the paperwork in a way that I understood every single page I was signing.
