The employees at Bayside Volkswagen made my car buying experience a pleasurable one; from the receptionist at the front desk, all the way to the business managers on the second floor. My sales consultant, Jeffrey Schull, is an amazing person and an awesome sales representative. The moment I walked in, he immediately showed concern and consideration in what I was looking for in a vehicle. Jeffrey answered all of my questions with extensive knowledge of the Volkswagen. He was not focused on meeting his monthly sales quota, rather, on customer satisfaction; Jeffrey did not try of push a car on me. He showed cars that were within my price range and I was very comfortable in his explanations; making sure I understood all aspects of the vehicle, which helped me make a hassle free purchase within my budget. The sales managers, Daniel Yankov and Angelo Alexiadis; sales consultants, Marshall Rosen; and the business manager, Nelson Santos, were very personable and contributed in making the car buying process go very smoothly. To assist in the purchase of this automobile Allan introduced me to Daniel Yankov. In positive discussions with Daniel, we were able to come to an agreement on the value of my trade in and the price of model S Volkswagen to my satisfaction. I was most satisfied with the way discussions were handled during the negotiating stage of the sales process. In closing the deal and making delivery, Allan was most helpful in giving me an overview the automobile's instruments. Most of all Allan was extremely patient in answering my questions from the time our meeting till when the automobile was delivered.
