Had an exceptional experience at Rallye BMW… due to the difficulty finding vehicles in Florida we wound up finding a great deal on a CPO at Rallye. Bob explained the process and coordinated the entire experience from our exceptional BMW Genius Angelo to the business manager Sharonda who all the paperwork ready to rock when we confirmed the vehicle was exactly as described on the website… arrived at 10am, test drove the car(loved it!), Angelo gave us an overview of every button and feature, and Sharonda had all the paperwork ready to go and we were on the road by 11:10!
