Had a great experience working with John to get the vehicle we wanted at a good price. He kept us informed of the vehicles we were interested in and was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked vehicle we wanted at a good price. Finance officer Anil Sharma was very detailed explanation and customer service was an excellent!! Dealership need to work toward customer hospitality while waiting for paperwork. The purchase process went very smoothly and John did a great job in moving the process along quickly and painlessly. He and Davis did a great job showing me the ins/outs of the cars operations and technol great job in moving the process along quickly and painlessly. I felt that there was a lot of pressure to purchase the extended warranties and other packages "on the spot" without a lot of time to fully consider the options. I think the dealership would be better served by providing those costs and options before the sale is agreed - in the spirit of "Full Transparency." More
