Not only was I high pressured but also given false information. As a result of the pressure, rudeness and misrepresentation of your extended warranty I did not purchase any of them. The only thing that kept me from walking out and going to a different dealership to make my purchase was that it would have been unfair to Alex who did the majority of the work. Thank you. More

Couple pretty poor things about the purchasing process: The salesperson (Kim Jesse) refused to have the car delivered to my house because the people who do that are 'very busy' at the end of the month.
