It was not what I expected for a first experience for my daughter with a dealer. It should’ve and could’ve gone better. The first mechanic did not do a thorough check of the vehicle the. He went by suggest daughter with a dealer. It should’ve and could’ve gone better. The first mechanic did not do a thorough check of the vehicle the. He went by suggested mileage service intervals. He must’ve not looked at the vehicle because when he recommended we have already done to the vehicle within the last six months even our old change a month ago and he suggested we have to do an oil change cause oil was dirty come on man. The real reason we went there for a rear hatch lock malfunction was addressed at the end my daughter was flustered and did not know what to do nervous. We went there for one thing the rear hatch lock assembly and they try to upsell her to three things that I have done on the vehicle at that establishment. Like is in their computer you should know this stuff you’re an A1 mechanic. With a pay rate of $140 an hour. In the end I had to get in care of by me I had to push her in there and go back in the she did not want to go back like I said not a good first experience for my young daughter in her own car from a dealer. Got right in for service but had to walk home since the porter wasn't there yet. Nt a biggie. The recall notices only took 1.5 hrs to fix. Amazing experience! 3:30 on a Friday afternoon leading into a holiday weekend...and I discover a nail in my tire as I'm heading out of town. I walked into the service 3:30 on a Friday afternoon leading into a holiday weekend...and I discover a nail in my tire as I'm heading out of town. I walked into the service department without an appointment. The service representative was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to replace the tire and get me safely back on the road. Their service was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. More
