It was not what I expected for a first experience for my daughter with a dealer. It should’ve and could’ve gone better. The first mechanic did not do a thorough check of the vehicle the. He must’ve not looked at the vehicle because when he recommended we have already done to the vehicle within the last six months even our old change a month ago and he suggested we have to do an oil change cause oil was dirty come on man. The real reason we went there for a rear hatch lock malfunction was addressed at the end my daughter was flustered and did not know what to do nervous. We went there for one thing the rear hatch lock assembly and they try to upsell her to three things that I have done on the vehicle at that establishment. Like is in their computer you should know this stuff you’re an A1 mechanic. With a pay rate of $140 an hour. In the end I had to get in care of by me I had to push her in there and go back in the she did not want to go back like I said not a good first experience for my young daughter in her own car from a dealer.
