There is nothing she can't get done (and quickly). Pam and Todd are great and Yuri is the nicest and best valet-er ever! They are all FABULOUS and a joy to work with. I am on my THIRD Infiniti and going for my fourth this spring - the car (it's FAST) and the service department is 100% why I have brand loyalty!! More

Professional, timely, no-upsell service I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I do I always appreciate a service staff that realizes their primary function is to handle the servicing of my vehicle, and not to up-sell me services I don't need or try and upgrade parts on my vehicle to help boost a bonus. I have had quite a few services performed by the staff at Circle Infiniti, I mostly deal with Todd Rovinsky, who seems to know this business better than anyone I've ever encountered. He is always polite, always willing to review the charges and never pushes me into additional items. I have also had the pleasure of working with Ann and Pamela, who are perfectly pleasant, and did a fine job helping me as well. I would recommend servicing your vehicle there anytime! More
