Overall, the dealership was pretty good. I did NOT like interaction on first visit with Anthony. However after leaving and visiting another dealership in the area, I came back because I like I did NOT like interaction on first visit with Anthony. However after leaving and visiting another dealership in the area, I came back because I like the Mazda better. Rubin was much better and actually let me test drive the suv unlike Anthony. I made the purchase at test drive. The entire process was smooth and I didn't spend all day there...maybe 2-3 hrs from start to finish. Once every thing was finalized, Rubin help set up features and My Mazda app. He gave me his contact information if I had any questions and then followed up the next day after the purchase. Great job, Med Center Mazda. More

Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership. Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. More

We had a no hassle all around pleasant experience with Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter.
