We would like to share the wonderful experience that we had at Treasure Coast Lexus in our purchase. We did an Internet Purchase and it was the smoothest auto purchase transaction we’ve ever had. We can’t say enough good words about Anthony Burruano, our Internet Sales Liaison, and Howard Kent, who managed all the payment and delivery details. Anthony corresponded via email with us for 2 weeks as we shopped area dealerships. There was never pressure to talk by phone or come in to do the finance dance, or any of the other typical auto dealership annoyances that are such a huge turn off. Anthony continually impressed me with his detailed answers to each and every one of my questions – and I had many, over numerous emails. No other area dealers paid such thorough attention to us. Anthony was always prompt, professional, courteous and above all thorough in all of his correspondences. His responsiveness coupled with a fair price really captured our attention. Up to this point, everything was conducted via email, which was our preference. When enough information had been gathered, we initiated telephone correspondence with Anthony, where we ironed out final details and then made our purchase several days later. I should also mention that we live in Wellington so the dealership is an hour from our house- no problem- they offer a valet service where they will pick you up at your home at purchase time and will even do a loaner delivery for service calls. To summarize, Internet Sales at Treasure Coast Lexus is like no other. We personally highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Lexus, consider them for a smooth auto purchase experience. Interestingly, we received a unique gift from Treasure Coast Lexus 2 weeks after our purchase. I won’t ruin the surprise- buy a vehicle there to find out! More
