Howard was very patient and informative in taking us for 3 test drives, since I (Pat) was not sure which of the 3 I liked the best. I finally made my decision to Lease the NX 300 yesterday and am very happy with my choice However, when sitting with Steve Kritikos, (he was wonderful), We were quite concerned over LEXUS NEW POLICY (Excess Wear and Use). It seems as if we did not take it, upon returning our new lease car, lots of issues could arise. We have leased from this Dealership 5 Lexus since your dealership has opened, and never had a problem with any damage. It seems it is a new way of collecting more money. We are very disappointed.
