He found a vehicle that matched our discription but it was at another dealership. They also had the same model on site but with a different color interior. Anthony, the sales manager, offer us a discount just because the color did not match what we asked for. We did not purchase the vehicle that day because of negotiations. Anthony and I kept in contact and we kept working on a deal that would better suit us. We were finally able to get what we want without having to be tied up at the dealership for hours. It Doesn't Get Any Better I contacted Anthony after having a horrendous experience at another Lexus dealership. I found the car we wanted to lease on the website, called Anthon I contacted Anthony after having a horrendous experience at another Lexus dealership. I found the car we wanted to lease on the website, called Anthony on the phone, got all the details agreed upon quickly and with no BS. The next day, it was Anthony's day off, and he still was working with me on the phone, getting everything we needed together to do the deal, and set everything up so that we could come into the dealership and get it done. We were coming from Melbourne Beach and were a little late getting there. We got there about a half hour before they closed, but were still greeted with smiles and hospitality by Howard. He walked us through a few things, and handed us off to "Tech" to walk us through the electronics on the car. Then in to Steve, where everything was set to sign with the details being exactly what Anthony and I talked about on the phone. We were in and out in 1 hour and couldn't be happier with our experience. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car, even if you have to drive an hour and a half to get there! More
