True: one will experience top notch customer service from the moment one walks in. Kevin is the Salesperson-in-Chief of this place. I personally reached out to him after carefully reading his reviews on this site. It was my second attempt to buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid this dealership had in its inventory. Most importantly, Kevin acted like a true professional - no shenanigans. After speaking to the sales manager, Kevin Losee promptly called me back with the “yes” answer. What was previously a deal the dealership could not entertain, Kevin made it a reality! Also, Chris from Finance did a great job massaging the bank (LFS) to get me a decent rate on a used car. On a side note, congrats to him and his growing family! When visiting Rally Lexus, allow Kevin to work with you and you will be another happy customer! More
