Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I worked with Neil Fogel, who has been a salesperson at Rallye Lexus for more than 25 years. And, it shows. He is honest, patient and courteous - wh I worked with Neil Fogel, who has been a salesperson at Rallye Lexus for more than 25 years. And, it shows. He is honest, patient and courteous - which is a rarity in the car sale business. He explained everything to me, and was extremely considerate of my time (I had to be home for my son). Will definitely be getting another car from him when my lease is up! Overall, the dealership and all the employees are a real class act. More

Their objective is first to sell than to service and please. I regard the service department as honest and that's important. If they say the car needs something, than it needs what they recommend. Why I have been coming back to Rallye for 10 years I always am treated with respect, listened to, and receive superior service by everyone I encounter. I bought my first Lexus 10 years ago from Tony C I always am treated with respect, listened to, and receive superior service by everyone I encounter. I bought my first Lexus 10 years ago from Tony C., and he continues to give exemplary service to me today, He is always professional, and is a really nice man as well! Mike Reidy has been my "service guy" for 10 years he has gone far out of his way many times, and always is pleasant and professional. I feel he truly cares about me as a customer, and wants to be sure I leave happy. I always do. Another really great person! Richie R. has sold me two vehicles. He is friendly, and always tries his best to see to it I get the best deal, delivers a vehicle in perfect condition, with everything promised inside.He is honest and easy to work with. I will come to him for my next vehicle for sure! Another really good guy! I live in Suffolk County, almost 25 miles away. I have several Lexus dealers much closer to me. I would never consider going anywhere else for service, or to purchase a new vehicle. More

I had a problem with my radio and they said it was wet I came in to have a key made andMy radio was not working when I left the shop and I was told that there must be a leak in my trunk. My car is garaged and it was dry when I brought it in. The radio was working before I brought it in. Before I got my car back from you they washed it. My trunk was very wet and when I called I was told that something was wrong with my trunk. My car is garaged and there was nothing wrong for 10 years. I was told that they would fix the leak for nothing but I would have to pay over $300 for a new radio. I am not happy with that result. That was the most expensive car wash that I have ever had. I brought it in because it was recalled More
