I have leased /purchased cars at this dealer since 2096. I have also been servicing my Lexus cars at this dealership since 2006. They are truly the best on Long Island. Lexus is a great car but having a great dealer completes the experience. When you go for services at Rallye Lexus you feel like you belong there. Me and my wife went to Rallye Lexus today to test drive and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told us his name. When he took us on a test drive he was mainly in the back seat on his phone. They only time he spoke during the ride was if I asked home a question. We finally learned his name was Troy when he gave us his card before we left. The sales manager Tony also never introduced himself. I was only going to do business here because I’m a Northwell employee and would get a discount. Due to poor customer service we received here we have made the decision to not give them our business at all. More

Very disorganized. Had to wait almost 3 hours the day we picked up the car. Told paperwork needed to be redone. They knew we were picking car up at 1 so everything should have been completed before our ar picked up the car. Told paperwork needed to be redone. They knew we were picking car up at 1 so everything should have been completed before our arrival. However this car was returned as we hated it since we could not see when it came in from the port as it was still wrapped in plastic and we never drove a demo. Our salesman was not informative. We did get a different model a few days later. However we were upset that the car was filthy when we arrived to pick up. The car wash was closed. So we washed ourselves the next day. Never have I picked up a car in this condition. More
