All employees were wonderful to work with. Have to especially commend our salesman Mr. Anthony DuRan. Couldn't have been more respectful and helpful. Even offered to help on his day off. Never felt like I was being pressured into anything at the dealership. Never had such a positive experience at any dealer in over 60 years. Would never buy a vehicle anyplace else. Can not recommend highly enough, especially our salesman Anthony duran, on a scale of 1-10, he would have a rating of 12. Also appreciate their support of Vietnam veterans being one myself. This is what first attracted me to them More

We had previously owned a Prius so there was lots of new technology to absorb. I never look forward to new car buying but this time was hassle free. Up priced a used vehicle almost $2K over internet advertised On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked u On December 15th, 2017 I stopped at the dealership to look at a used vehicle sitting on the lot. I asked the salesman about a price and they worked up an offer with the selling price at $11,900. After test driving the car, I declined the offer and decided to do some research on the car. Before leaving Phillips Toyota, the manager told me that it is the end of the year and he would make me a really great deal. He discounted the car to $9,490.00 from $11,900. Again, I declined for the moment to go home and think about it. While doing some internet research, I found THAT VEHICLE being advertised by Phillips Toyota with an advertised price of $9,995. I feel that the manager that made the original offer of $11,900, knowingly raised the price from $9,995 with an attempt to make an unreasonably large profit. That is unacceptable ! Very disappointed with that business ethic. Update on vehicle as of 12/31/2017 Internet advertised price is now $8,998. More
