I am very pleased with the service and attention to my needs at Crown Buick. I wanted my car to have a good "check up" because my extended warranty is coming to an end. I made the appointments I needed, needs at Crown Buick. I wanted my car to have a good "check up" because my extended warranty is coming to an end. I made the appointments I needed, and the service department took care of everything. I was even given a loaner car when I was told the service department would have to keep my car overnight. I would highly recommend Crown Buick ... I love my car and am looking into getting an additional extended warranty and keeping what I have , with just over 30,000 miles. More

I brought my truck to get serviced and the check engine light came on why on the to the dealership. While there, I talked to the service writer and told him that, when I used the remote start the engine wo light came on why on the to the dealership. While there, I talked to the service writer and told him that, when I used the remote start the engine would run only run for 10 seconds and then die. The fuel injection system was clean. The mechanic said the valves and the injectors were dirty. You would have to remove the head to find if the valves were dirty?The main problems not repair. A few weeks later I brought the my truck back and talk to the same service writer about the remote start and the engine diving after 10 seconds. I was brought home and the four days later, they said the problem was found and gave me a price. I picked it up thinking it is fixed. The next day,I used the remote start and the engine died 10 seconds later. The service department needs more training or more mechanic!!!!! More
