Went in just to look at a car initially. Knew what I wanted, just was in the fence as I was happy with my current vehicle, but an upgrade would enable me to go more places. Did my homework ahead of time anticipating the buying process as this was my first car purchase. When I met Zach, the process I realized was a lot more simple. He was very straight forward, professional, open and honest. Also was great at filling in any questions I had and providing an overall knowledgeable experience. Even helped me get a test drive set up that had me feeling sold. We were in touch after and after some thinking he made sure I had my purchase secured so I can get home and trade my vehicle in. Sent me pictures once the vehicle I selected was secured. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and simple process overall. Very pleased with how everything went today. I would recommend Zach to anyone who’s looking to buy. Thanks for everything! More
