Anthony reviewed one upgrade option for us to consider out of necessity to his job, but never tried to sale us on something we did not want. Nor did the prices advertised, fees and all, ever change from the beginning of the process to the end. Finance Manager Marc Anglin was equally as impressive; presentable, efficient and informative. He also never pushed additional options on us to purchase. He went over all the extended warranty options with us and after we denied them, it was “that’s fine” and there was never another mention about it. He didn’t even try to push the GAP insurance. I kept waiting for the figures to change, but they never did. They held up there end of the bargain as advertised. I have never been more impressed with a dealership or its staff. Recently, I wanted a little extra oomph, so I set up an appointment to test-drive an Impreza RS. Anthony Gonzalez was incredibly helpful, patient, and didn’t mind my crass sense of humor. After the test drive, I knew the RS was the right fit for me, but none of the colors on the lot were quite what I wanted. Anthony went above and beyond, tracking down the exact RS with the specs and color I had my heart set on. Just a day or so later, the car arrived in Orlando and I was signing the papers. The entire process just like my first purchase was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Sport Subaru is still my go to dealership, and the one I recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru, or a used car. I’ll be holding off on my next purchase until Subaru brings back the Baja or gives us an electric WRX, but when that day comes, I know exactly where I’ll be shopping. More

From the time I entered to driving off with new Subaru (in less than 4 hours) I felt valued. Love the attention to detail with great communication and warm handoffs between staff members.
