At my age, I have been exposed to many dealerships over the years. I can say that 98% of dealerships are pure torture. He was very patient with me as all the new-fangled equipment on the newer cars confounded me. He answered all my questions. The service department was very accommodating and treated me more than fairly. I knew and trusted them from my 15 years having my 2009 serviced there.
