Belzer Chevrolet is always so customer and service oriented. I was there for a lease buy out and they - Amanda I think - squeezed me in for an oil change. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of April 2022. Our experience was awful. The person who helped us in the finance dept was inexperienced in his position, to the point that our bank was April 2022. Our experience was awful. The person who helped us in the finance dept was inexperienced in his position, to the point that our bank was concerned about the transaction. This dealership made what was supposed to be a fun experience getting a new car for my birthday into a complete headache. My husband and I could not get out of the dealership fast enough when the sale was complete. Had we not gotten so far into the buying process and been at the dealership for over 3 hours we would have said forget it and gotten a car elsewhere . After leaving I received an email about leaving a review on my experience. I was honest about our awful experience . I had to return to the dealership by myself two weeks later to have a feature added to my car that I had paid for at the initial sale, and I stopped in sales to get a second set of keys at no cost that I was promised. Not only had they not ordered the extra set of keys for me, the person who helped me in the sales department told they changed their mind on giving me a 2nd key at no cost because I shared my negative review online. I was told that I could get my key at no cost only if my review was removed. The sales person was rude and treated me horribly and it was the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. When a customer is treated poorly and you don’t want to hear about their experience don’t ask. Buyer beware when investing time and money into buying a vehicle skip Jeff Belzers in Lakeville MN. There are plenty of other car dealerships who will treat you nicely and appreciate you as their customer. More
