1 had an appt at 7:30 on the 16th for tires. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and saw my car in the lot. So I thought it was waiting for a car wash. After another hour I went to see Anthon I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and saw my car in the lot. So I thought it was waiting for a car wash. After another hour I went to see Anthony. He was looking for my keys. He left for a few minutes and came back and said it's waiting for tires. I said I have been waiting for 3 hrs and it just sat there. WHY? He said the tech was working on a car and I was next in line, it would be another hour. I said get my keys, i don't have time for this xxxx. I am having surgery. If the tires would have been there Tuesday i am sure we would not have had this problem, but my time was very valuable on Wednesday. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I called him Saturday and left a message about rescheduling. I never received a phone call back. This is customer service at its finest! More
