Anthony was great to work with but I had to wait 15ish minutes before he was available. I arrived early so I can understand having to wait but there were at least 2 other guys who weren’t working with any minutes before he was available. I arrived early so I can understand having to wait but there were at least 2 other guys who weren’t working with anyone who could have checked me on for my routine service visit. And I personally spoke with these 2 individuals and they directed me to Anthony. Not a good look. More

Lokey Nissan exceeded my expectations again. I arrived at the dealership with no appointment hoping to be worked in. My normal provider was not there however his peer Anthony Nicholas was more than willi at the dealership with no appointment hoping to be worked in. My normal provider was not there however his peer Anthony Nicholas was more than willing to assist me. Anthony immediately took ownership of my opportunity and took my car and explained the process and provided me with a loaner car. I definitely wasn’t expecting that due to the fact I had no appointment. As promised Anthony called me when my vehicle was ready in the expected time he provided. Anthony was accomdating and welcoming from the start of the process to the end. Thank you Anthony I appreciate your flexibility and sense of urgency to assist me. More
