Courteous & professional service. Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. Stay away. You guys charged my card $1,000 as a refundable deposit and then used that same money to repair pre-existing damage on a used car that the salesman, A You guys charged my card $1,000 as a refundable deposit and then used that same money to repair pre-existing damage on a used car that the salesman, Anthony, pointed out to me (an abrasion on the rear bumper and rear rim) and a tint job that was riddled with bubbles. Once again, I was reassured that this was completely refundable if I decided not to go with the car. You guys couldn't even get me approved for decent financing (I was told that the financing office was closed or something to that extent) so I wait until the weekend is over to go to my credit union to explore other options. I eventually run across another vehicle and find financing for 10% lower than you were trying to sign me in to. When I reach back out to Anthony to explain that I had already found a car elsewhere and asked for my deposit back. His personally literally pulled a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde whilst telling me that I would need to pay out of my deposit for service that was done on their car (the pre-existing body damage, rim damage, and the tint was redone), saying something along the lines of I shouldn't have "pulled the trigger". Again, to this day, I have not purchased, signed up for, or committed to anything from Lokey VW, so what exactly did I commit to, or "pull the trigger" on? The next week I drive up there and ask for the manager that could address this. I'm told that he was out of town for several days and reassured that the manager would call me back, I left my contact number and email. It's now been two going on three weeks now nobody has tried to reach out to me, but I noticed you guys hadn't refunded anything back to me. To reiterate, you charged me $1,000 for something that I did not even own or sign for, to repair damage that your salesman, Anthony preemptively pointed out to me. You likely sold that car at a higher price points as a result of what you stole from me under the guise of a refundable deposit. Nothing was refunded back. No managers, nobody has bothered reaching out to me, you just took my money and swept everything under the rug. More
