Everything after buying the car has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. Dropped my car off yesterday at 8:50am for my appointment to replace a window that was scratched when it was tinted, picked it a complete nightmare. Dropped my car off yesterday at 8:50am for my appointment to replace a window that was scratched when it was tinted, picked it up at 6:30 I was told it was done despite no one calling me all day which was kinda odd because Anthony told me it was a “few hour job” when I dropped it off, and upon arrival I was told it was done and they showed the paperwork signed off as complete. I get in, the same window was still on with the same scratch. They tried to tell me it indeed was replaced, but thankfully (I think nick and another young man in service) who were there saw that the same scratch was there from when I had brought it in. My car hadn’t been touched in the 9.5 hours it was there. Tint botched, damaged window, being lied to about a job being done and now no one will return my call. They’ll do anything to get you in a new car, but once they do good luck getting any customer service going forward. More
