I would like the service center to actually check instead of saying everything is ok. They do a great job and I have been going there for over 20 years. Love there service but they need to check stuff instea of saying everything is ok. They do a great job and I have been going there for over 20 years. Love there service but they need to check stuff instead of schecking the paper. My horn doesn’t work and I have been twice and they said it works. But they do a really good job besides that. I will still continue to go get serviced there. More

In this day and age, everyone is in a hurry. They got me in and out with no fuss. I do not remember who exactly helped me but I am constantly in there for my oil changes. Usually everyone I meet gets perfec in and out with no fuss. I do not remember who exactly helped me but I am constantly in there for my oil changes. Usually everyone I meet gets perfect scores only a few I’ve seen have been kind of rude or seemingly annoyed with something. Pretty much great service though all around. More

it’s always a pleasure coming to this dealership when my oil needs to be changed. The waiting room is lovely. But the employees are always so tentative and friendly. People are nice. Prices are too high. I took my work elsewhere for $650 in savings after I was offered 15% reduction. I only talk to customer service and not the technician so I don't even know if I'm elsewhere for $650 in savings after I was offered 15% reduction. I only talk to customer service and not the technician so I don't even know if I'm getting quality care or a high school drop out that cuts corners. I feel blind and unable to ascertain if the work was done properly until I have a problem later. My car is my most expensive asset that depreciates faster than any other asset and it requires more money for maintenance because a new vehicle is more expensive for less quality. I want to trust the technician, who should be passionate about Nissan vehicles. I'd like longer warranties on products AND service, and I would have paid the higher price for the dealership to do the work. More
