Everything was fine. But I they fixed my car twice and both times I asked for loaner cars. They informed they had none. But when I was arriving to pick my car up, there was a family receiving a loaner car and asked how does that happened? Rep stated they had reserved the loaner car a month ahead of time. But I was told there ever none available ever. Was never offered to reserve a loaner car. When the work that was needed was a month apart and I could have reserve. The second time my car was kept was right before Christmas and I didn’t pick up till December 14th. I didn’t appreciate the gate keeping. I have insurance, I paid out of pocket the first time, I don’t have an old car. I didn’t understand what was the circumstance of keeping me from a loaner car. I could’ve have saved money with a loaner versus using a rental car this whole time. Then I could have paid for the other work my car needed. So I didn’t appreciate that More
