The service manager was rude, belligerent, and microaggressive. She was not going to do service on my vehicle including a recall. Anthony became very defensive after I questioned him about fees I microaggressive. She was not going to do service on my vehicle including a recall. Anthony became very defensive after I questioned him about fees I would incur on the service of my leased F150. I ended up paying over $300. I did elevate my concerns to the general manager, who was compassionate and professional. I sincerely thank him. After having over 4 or 5 F150 trucks, this truck is not of the quality of my previous trucks. Even though maintenance was done on this truck, it still doesn’t drive correctly. This truck has been a tremendous disappointment. WE have been loyal Ford vehicles owners for decades; it sad the same loyalty is not reciprocated to your customers. More

The service person was fine but the price for parts and extra add ons is way too high. The final payment was over $100 what the estimate was because of taxes and add-ons they they supposedly charge everyo extra add ons is way too high. I brought my truck in because my check engine light was indicating knock sensor failure. Micha quoted me $2,500 to replace it. I was extremely skeptical of this quote and checked online and saw estimates f indicating knock sensor failure. Micha quoted me $2,500 to replace it. I was extremely skeptical of this quote and checked online and saw estimates for this repair much less. I came and picked up the truck and expressed my concern to the service rep on duty. He seemed to detect that something might be wrong but, wanted to speak to Micha in the morning. He told that they would call me. No one called. I checked with another Ford dealer and was quoted $1,300 for the same repair! When I picked up the truck the check engine light was off and has not come back on making me skeptical that I even needed the repair. He also, included in the quote to replace my air filter and cabin filter for $150! The parts cost approximately $60 bucks and take 5 minutes to install total. I bought my truck from you guys and it only has 58k on it and the knock sensor is supposed to last the life of the vehicle. I am very disappointed with my service. More
