Sales and Servie are Superior I recently traded in my A6 for a Q5. The experience was professional and pleasant. Anthony spent time searching for my vehicle and quickly found one. I recently traded in my A6 for a Q5. The experience was professional and pleasant. Anthony spent time searching for my vehicle and quickly found one. The trade in value was fairly priced and confirmed by Car Fax. Anthony quoted a price below the manufacturers retail price which I thought was fair. Upon delivery of the car, he spent time going through the different features. Although many were the same as my A6 had, there were changes. He was patient explaining these changes and met with me on another occasion to answer questions that arose after I had had a chance to drive it some. Demery was pleasant and efficient explaining options. More

Led by Anthony Sam, the selling process was thorough, had a great selection of inventory, pricing and terms were fair and offered an orderly process that led to a lease of a new A5 Cabriolet, Nathan Weisser handled the processing and paperwork in a professional,complete and timely manner and was customer centric in his handling of the transaction. All in all, management (Leo Sam and Jim Hanna) was on hand to answer any questions, the associates closest to the transaction were attentive and qualified and the deal was pleasant and easy to close. I can assure you I will be back for my eighth when my current lease expires. More

A Great Car Buying Experience Anthony Sam was a great sales representative to work with. He is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent such that when I Anthony Sam was a great sales representative to work with. He is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent such that when I finally visited the dealership for a test drive 75% of the deal was already worked out. Anthony also gave me a thorough review of the car and a very good test drive on some country roads. Manager Frank Kopervos gave me a very attractive price on the car and Nathan Weisser found me a optimum low financing rate. There was no high pressure to buy add on dealership products. The dealership physically is a very pleasant place to spend time and everyone was friendly and helpful. During preparation of the car for me Anthony noticed some minor damage to the alloy wheels and subsequently scheduled a service at my convenience to repair them. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. An employee drove to my home, left a loaner A4, and then drove the car back to the dealership for the repairs and will return the car. That to me is amazing service. More
