The experience was exceptional at Pine Belt, unlike other dealerships who hound you and won't let you leave for hours! Anthony and the team were "cut to the chase" people with no fluff. Anthony was easy to work with and low pressure and the the overall sales experience was positive. In fact we visited a few dealerships and came back to Pine Belt because we were comfortable with Anthony. the overall sales experience was positive. I also appreciated being contacted for a training class appointment to learn all the vehicle's features. My one frustration was that they wouldn't offer to take my old car off my hands. I recognize that the Carfax wasn't clean but a few years ago I traded in a pickup that was in much worse condition. The dealer did that to facilitate the sale of a new truck. In this case, with low inventories, there is much less flexibility. I was also surprised that at no time did the sales manager greet me or thank me for the purchase. Inventories will return to normal at some point in the future so I believe that your sales department should be thinking longer term. More
