Horrible Service Department. There is no organization. My truck was there for 23 days before it was even looked out by a mechanic. Felipe would take hours to respond to phone c There is no organization. My truck was there for 23 days before it was even looked out by a mechanic. Felipe would take hours to respond to phone calls or text messages - if he even responded at all. On 8/ 09 he flat out lied to me when after I waited hours to get a respond to my text, I went to the dealership and he said "since the mechanic didn't order any parts, it must be a programming issue." Well, it turns out my truck was not even looked at until 8/21. Finally on 8/28 at around 7:35 PM I was texted by Felipe to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. On 8/29 at around 8:30AM I texted Felipe to let him know I will be at the dealership around 9:45-10 AM to pick up my truck and to please have it ready. I also called the dealership and spoke to Marleen and told her the same - and added to please make sure my truck is ready and clean, since it had been there almost a month. Well, of course when I arrived around 10 AM, it took around 15 minutes to locate my truck and it was covered in black soot. I could not believe they would return a 2023 with just over 4,000 miles to me in that condition; especially after I called to make sure it was ready and clean. Now I had to wait over an hour for my truck to be cleaned. Afterwards, I left in a hurry because I was late to get to an appointment. After my appointment I decided to look at the roof of my truck to see if it was cleaned and well and behold of course it was not cleaned. It still had the black soot. I called and texted Mr. Tamarit and as of now I still has not reached out to me. WORST service department I have ever experienced and that is with getting Christian Povsic (service manager) and Anthony Tamarit (service director) involved. After my truck was there for 21 days I went to the dealership because I needed something from inside my truck. Christian told me to wait a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and me saying something to another service manager, I was told they would have to move 7 vehicles to get to my vehicle. Finally, they decided to bring me the item I needed. While I waited that day, I talked to another customer who was experiencing the same horrible customer service. More
