More recently, having been contacted by Brian via email regarding the "flagging" of my 2012 Equinox for a possible trade-in, I decided to pursue what appeared to be an interesting offer. That was followed up with an email from Anthony Vattuone prompting my contacting him by phone to resolve a few questions; he graciously followed up with a worksheet indicating the potential savings involved with my trade-in. Eventually, I decided to make an appointment with Anthony on Monday, May 29th--Memorial Day. Not only was he calm, respectfully attentive & articulate with his responses to my questions & concerns, he was also very knowledgable & maintained a good sense of humor!
