Recall Repairs Had an issue scheduling my appointment (it was cancelled without notification) but rescheduled it and had no problems once we had the appointment. Took as long as expected, the waiting area had everything we needed, and the employees were helpful during our wait, especially the woman at the front sales desk who offered us a coloring book for our toddler and directed us over to the service center! This was our first visit to this dealership for a service repair so we had entered through the showroom first. More

Needed an Inspection Sticker 10-2019 Came in 1st time was denied because of 2 cracks in my windshield. He did not give me a Rejection sticker because it was only 10-2-2019. Called Geico Came in 1st time was denied because of 2 cracks in my windshield. He did not give me a Rejection sticker because it was only 10-2-2019. Called Geico and Safelite to have windshield replaced. Safelite came and only filled in the crack and said that it was 100% guaranteed. Went back to Nissan and again was rejected but this time I asked for the sticker. The inspector (I think his name is Taylor????) was so very nice. Gave me copies of the rules of why my windshield was being rejected, signed documents in case I got stopped by police, etc. Just really took the time to help me understand what the "inspection" considered and all of the rules & regulations for MASS inspection sticker. Called Safelite back and had the windshield replaced. Went back to Nissan a third time in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was so excited I got my windshield replaced and I was relieved. Great job everyone in your service drive in. More
