Needed to have headlight and side light replaced. I just took our car in to have the headlight replaced but they complete checked the vehicle over to see if anything else was needed. Also, when I got I just took our car in to have the headlight replaced but they complete checked the vehicle over to see if anything else was needed. Also, when I got to Bockers, April had the car wait to take me to work and took care of all the paper work very quickly. Very happy with the service. Thank you! More

Great to work with I was leaving for a weekend trip and unfortunately waited till the last minute to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Bocker was able to put in a new battery, change the oil. I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment I had a dead battery and called AAA to provide a jump. I immediately called Bocker when my SUV was running. Remind you, I didn't have an appointment as had no idea when AAA would come to start my SUV. A service representative of Bocker told me to bring the car right in and they would work me in. They not only put in a new battery but rotated the tires and changed the oil all in a very timely manner. I was delighted to get it done. Great they had a battery on hand to install! Great experience! Brad and a female service agent were most helpful! More
