Arella really knows her Mercedes line, provided great help in showing me the ins and outs, making sure the car met all my check list wants. Mike took the time to pull service records so that I would have a fresh start with "my new to me cabriolet" maintenance. All in all, a great, pleasant experience, with no drama!
