I’ve lived in Louisville since 2008. Before the car business I attended the University of Louisville with the intention of becoming a dentist. I've been with Courtesy Buick GMC since 2015. Meeting new people is the best part of my job. In my spare time I like to travel, watch movies and I usually workout six times per week. Great experience!! We purchased a 2018 Buick Encore -this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Courtesy Buick. Our salesman was Ari LeBlanc - he was very helpful an We purchased a 2018 Buick Encore -this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Courtesy Buick. Our salesman was Ari LeBlanc - he was very helpful and made sure everything went well with the deal and the car before it was delivered. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We will definitely come back to see him again when we need another vehicle and will recommend the dealership and Ari to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. Ira and Kody made for a great experience I detest buying cars as the experience is nearly always unpleasant. However, after sharing my thoughts on how a car shopping experience should proceed I detest buying cars as the experience is nearly always unpleasant. This dealership everyone smiles, greats you and remembers your name long after the sale, not common in customer service today. Joe in the service department is amazing, and Ari my salesman men all deseverve a pat on the back. The manager of the dealership always comes out to greet you and see how your service is.
