I’ve lived in Louisville since 2008. Before the car business I attended the University of Louisville with the intention of becoming a dentist. I've been with Courtesy Buick GMC since 2015. Meeting new people is the best part of my job. In my spare time I like to travel, watch movies and I usually workout six times per week. Ira and Kody made for a great experience I detest buying cars as the experience is nearly always unpleasant. However, after sharing my thoughts on how a car shopping experience should proceed I detest buying cars as the experience is nearly always unpleasant. However, after sharing my thoughts on how a car shopping experience should proceed, Ira and Kody made it very pleasant. Once I had identified the car and options I wanted, I was able to close the sale and get my car in less than ten minutes. No B.S. or unnecessary hassles. Best experience ever!! More

It takes me back in time when customers were treated at the door with a smile. I’ve been you many dealerships where your just a sales number and after the sale your forgotten. This dealership everyone smiles, greats you and remembers your name long after the sale, not common in customer service today. Joe in the service department is amazing, and Ari my salesman men all deseverve a pat on the back. The manager of the dealership always comes out to greet you and see how your service is.
