I could not have asked for a better experience buying my dream car. I walked in expected to be bombarded with aggressive sales tactics and clairvoyant sales pitches. I experienced the exact opposite. My sales rep Melissa listened to exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile to help secure my car. Throughout this process I noticed how she recruited other members of her team to help close the deal. Overall, my experience with her highlighted the team based approach this institution takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Without a doubt, I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service or purchase a vehicle.
