I went here to lease a new Subaru Outback. The process took two visits for me as I'm a methodical person when making large financial decisions like this. Most dealers and salespeople will do just about anything to get you to make a deal that day. I felt none of that pressure at Bob Baker. Dustin Thompson was my sales guy and he let me make this decision at my own pace while not drilling me to get the deal done that day, something I massively appreciated. I'm not as familiar with the Subaru brand as I am with VW. That wasn't an issue as he walked me through the Outback model and all of the various trims and options. I left there the first time knowing that I was going to lease a car from Bob Baker, I just needed to get my financial affairs in order first. After a couple of weeks the perfect car showed up on the lot and I got back in touch with Dustin and told him I was ready to go. This second visit was a breeze. Dustin scheduled an appointment for me to come in. I took a quick test drive and we got the lease done in just over a couple of hours. A completely acceptable time frame in my opinion. The financial negotiation process was a very pleasant experience as well. Dustin and I were able to comfortably and professionally work out a deal after a couple back and forths. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I cannot state enough how positive my overall experience was. I look forward to doing business again with Bob Baker VW Subaru. More
