Everyone we encountered was very cordial and helpful. The staff is good. I have two issues: One is we brought cash for a down payment. We told Luis on the phone Via text we were bringing cash and he said that was great. When we arrived, we were told you don’t accept cash due to COVID. It’s a poor excuse and is unconstitutional. Wash your hands after handling money. Two is “due to Covid”, you don’t offer even water and coffee to us customers. We’re in there for hours without anything to drink. It’s apparent that customer service is going down the toilet everywhere under the blanket excuse of Covid. Don’t allow Subaru to follow suit. It’s as simple as washing your hands after handling cash and offering at least bottled water to your customers who are spending tens of thousands of dollars. More
