I just bought my 2019 Buick Regal TourX from Aaron Falcon at Jessup Auto Plaza. Aaron was super helpful, very courteous and friendly, persistent as I was shopping around at other dealers, but not in a negati at Jessup Auto Plaza. The buying experience was the smoothest and most efficient I have ever experienced. And this was coming from out of state. Everything was done online and by phone. I simply flew in, got picked up by Aaron in my new car, did the final paperwork exchange, and was on the road in no time!! FIVE STARS!!! More

I purchased an Escalade from Jessup, I was promissed to get the car with all weather mates, fully detailed and full of gas. Car came empty on gas, not detailed and missing the 2nd raw floor mates.
