Been a customer of Jessup for a long time. They have gone downhill for awhile. No one answers the main line frequently. I had in issue with 2 blazer EV RS RWD which was supposably was a know issue and finally was fed up with the no responses and traded in for an AWD model. I wish there was a closer chevy dealership. Husband and I contacted Jessup online regarding a truck we saw on their website. Was contracted quickly by Kayla, answered our questions, and made our appointment to come in Friday. She even checked to make sure the vehicle we were interested in was still on the lot that morning. She was awesome at communicating with us, super sweet and professional. Arrived at the dealership, Kayla had them pull the truck out to the front for us. Was promptly was greeted by Kayla and Mario. Mario was great! Mario took his time to explain features on the truck, even during the test drive Mario continued to inform us and answer questions. The process after we decided to purchase went smoothly. Enjoyed conversing with Mario and he was very attentive throughout. He helped set up some of the initial steps on the truck before we drove off the lot. Love Both Kayla and Mario, would definitely work with them again in the future. More
