My recall might not have been the most challenging repair Ferman undertook this year, but it was important to me! The service team took time to explain exactly what was to be done and how the process would Ferman undertook this year, but it was important to me! The service team took time to explain exactly what was to be done and how the process would work. They dropped me off at home and picked me up. The whole experience gave me confidence these are people that not only have technical proficiency but business ethics. The last of which is all too rare in automotive organizations today. I will definitely return for future service. More

My service tech, Art, was very professional and helpful and kept me updated. The service took a little longer than I anticipated, but the waiting area was comfortable and well stocked and clean, and I actu and kept me updated. Everything was going great up until the time I arrived to pick up my truck. The gentleman that was supposed to be help me was on his cell phone when I arrived and never acknowledged that I was there. As I st pick up my truck. The gentleman that was supposed to be help me was on his cell phone when I arrived and never acknowledged that I was there. As I stood there was gentleman helping another customer said someone would help me when they’re free. I stood there for about twenty minutes when another gentleman came from outside and asked if I had been help. I told him I was just waiting to pick up my truck he asked my name and then looked at the gentleman and said this is your customer, he then asked my name and decided to help me out. After paying my bill he said he would have someone grab my truck for me but couldn’t find anyone to grab it. He then stated he would grab it since it was right there but when I stated that one wasn’t my vehicle it was the other one fit her down the lot he said well I’ll give you the keys and you can just go get. I know it may seem like a small thing to complain about but my overall experience with him was just unsatisfactory. More

Anthony and the entire service department was amazing, I came in unannounced on a Saturday morning and they took care of me and my truck without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience. not too man came in unannounced on a Saturday morning and they took care of me and my truck without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience. not too many places or people left anymore.
