He was knowledgeable, calm and explained the differences between models. I purchased a gorgeous 2011 SLK300 in March. It had a ‘hidden’ cosmetic issue that I didn’t notice until I took delivery of the car. Arthur handled my call really well and Tim Klingenberger took care of the issue without reserve. It is easy to look good when everything goes smoothly. But the true test is how problems are dealt with. The work was superb. I was so happy with how I was treated and the outcome, that I just purchased another vehicle, a 2016 E350. Pleasant experience after dealing with sharks elsewhere. I had visited other dealerships, their sales tactics were animal like. At one dealership I wanted to give them a deposit and follow up with a bank dra I had visited other dealerships, their sales tactics were animal like. At one dealership I wanted to give them a deposit and follow up with a bank draft for the remainder of the payment. They wanted me to finance the car thru them, not what I wanted. At another dealership they pointed to a person who wanted the car and was working with another salesperson, but because I arrived earlier I had first choice. Arthur Gordon and Tim Klingenberger were gentlemen to work with. They handled the transaction well, took care of our concerns, delivered the car clean and Arthur spent a lot of time reviewing the various functions of the car with my wife and myself before we took it away. Strongly recommend visiting these people or see others but check these guys out before you buy. More
