If you are in the market for a MB or MB of Shrewsbury has a used vehicle you are interested in I HIGHLY recommend you take the trip down there. When you get there ask for Arthur or Tim. I had the pleasure of working with Arthur for the initial interaction and vehicle test drive. Tim followed up with trade in estimates and making a deal. Tim was outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Paul did the final finance and he has the answers to your questions or concerns, dont hesitate to ask. He is very good. They do not push vehicles or numbers on you and the trade in values are good (just be realistic about your own car....) You would’ve thought we had been buying Mercedes’s for years. We had a few concerns about the car. (Nicks, paint defects, small hole in pass seat) Instead of saying what I’m used to hearing I heard “No problem we’ll take care of it.” I didn’t think you could buy a car like this. The car only had one key. Last car I bought the weren’t getting me another key unless I bought it. This car has the fob built into the key. So I’m thinking how much is this going to cost. Before I even ask they tell me they’ll get me another key. I was blown away. Couldn’t be happier. More
