1st Out of State purchase. I found the Corvette that I was looking for on the internet. I telephonically spoke several times with Arthur Gordon and traveled from NY to check it I found the Corvette that I was looking for on the internet. I telephonically spoke several times with Arthur Gordon and traveled from NY to check it over. Aaron Allsopp represented Arthur, who was out of town at a conference the only day I could get there. All my questions were answered, and after a test ride, I put a down payment to hold the car since I was leaving on a vacation. Arthur kept me up to date and re-assured throughout the entire process that everything was fine and going smoothly....upon arriving home, everything just fell into place, all financing was handled by my credit union and Paul Brown, who also kept me "in the loop" as everything was proceeding. The night before I was planning to pick up the Vette, Arthur and Tim did a conference call with me as I had a few more questions....this was the 1st time for me doing an out-of-state purchase, especially with a car that I hadn't seen detailed yet. Again, Arthur REASSURED me that all was good ! Upon arrival, Arthur and Tim were outside checking over the Vette, which looked like it came off the assembly line. I cannot say enough about the attention to detail that was given to my Corvette. Everything proceeded smoothly and quickly, exactly as Arthur kept telling me !!! I would definitely go to this dealership again, and highly recommend seeing Arthur Gordon if you go there. More

Used car purchase over internet Auto Trader search I had been looking for a 2017 GLS550 for several months on Auto Trader and finally located a beauty with very low miles at MB of Shrewsbury. My telep I had been looking for a 2017 GLS550 for several months on Auto Trader and finally located a beauty with very low miles at MB of Shrewsbury. My telephone call to Arthur Gordon provided me with the initial information I needed to begin making an informed decision. Arthur alleviated my concerns about working with his dealership which was over 840 miles from my hometown in Northern Michigan. He is a very competent, professional, attentive and warm person who made the process enjoyable and completed the sale above my satisfaction. We flew over to Boston and Arthur picked us up at our hotel after spending a great time in Boston seeing the sites of this great city. Once at the dealership Arthur brought the car around fully detailed and ready to go back home to Michigan. We completed the necessary paperwork put the plates on, a tech guy explained the features of the car, set up our phone and our business was done in a relatively short time. I must also say that the car was fully inspected, serviced to a high standard and had a full tank of gas for the long trip home. This was very important to us since we didn't want anything to go wrong on our 840 mile journey. I would highly recommend Arthur and the folks at this dealership who greeted us and made us feel comfortable with this purchase. They are an honest group that you can rely on for a fair price, competency and personal attention. More
