I worked with Justin Bolen on the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was so helpful and patient while I asked many questions. There were a few minor issues with the Jeep and he went above and beyond to make sure they were all taken care. He also walked me through all the features on the Jeep, something I probably wouldn't have figured out on my own. I'd been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months and every salesperson I talked with immediately wanted to talk money... how much was I putting down, did I have a trade, did I already have a loan secured... Justin didn't talk to me about any of that. We talked about the Jeep I was looking at, what I liked about it, questions I had, the features that were available and how to use them. It wasn't until the end of my visit, when I told him I was interested in buying it, that we began to talk money and even then, there was no pressure. It seemed more like a conversation than a sales pitch. I would definitely buy from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again, and would absolutely work with Justin. More
