I brought my vehicle in for three different issues, the address, two, and blamed the third on one of the issues being addressed. I got the vehicle back, and the third issue was not resolved. On top of that address, two, and blamed the third on one of the issues being addressed. I got the vehicle back, and the third issue was not resolved. On top of that, they had my vehicle for almost a month, stored it outside, and then returned it to me without having washed it, it was so filthy. I couldn’t see through the windshield, and had to immediately take it to a car wash. I have since been so frustrated, that I sold the vehicle. More

I was quoted a price for the work to be done and it was $100 more than quoted. The price was adjusted after I mentioned it. I had my transmission fluid flushed and was told nothing of concern and 2 weeks l $100 more than quoted. The price was adjusted after I mentioned it. I had my transmission fluid flushed and was told nothing of concern and 2 weeks later my transmission failed while I was out of town. The Ford dealership in Madras found burnt transmission fluid along with metal. I feel completely let down by Skyline Ford. I was told by Skyline that they held no responsibility. I have taken my 2 vehicles there for 8 years and will not any more. More
