We had an amazing experience at MBOTW. This was our 5th dealership of the day and within 30 seconds of walking in the dealership we knew there was something different about this dealership This was our 5th dealership of the day and within 30 seconds of walking in the dealership we knew there was something different about this dealership. We were immediately greeted by Trent after entering the showroom. After showing us a few vehicles and prior to test driving the vehicle we were interested, he took us around the facility to explain what separates MBOTW from the other dealerships. The facilities were immaculate including the garage area that you could view while waiting for your vehicle. Most impressive was Trent’s attention to detail. He was extremely professional, charming, and very knowledgeable on all the cars we reviewed. Prior to our test drive he spent a minimum of 10 minutes discussing and demonstrating the options and features of the vehicle. Trent is hands down the best sales associate I have ever worked with in my car buying experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. More
