Awesome customer experienced by Erich Beasley! Erich did an awesome job of helping us find the right car I was looking for. After one test drive, Erich knew exactly what type of model I was looking for. We decided to get the new Mercedes E450 cab 2019. It has everything I wanted in the car and one of the best features - the self-park and all the safety that comes along with it. It is indeed the dream car that I have been wanting to drive and I couldn't stop being amazed by the German design and engineering. I mean no offense with American made but Mercedes Benz thought of everything you could possibly need. Erich continued to follow up and set me up for more learning about Mercedes Benz. He even helped and sent a tech to come over to the house to sync the garage door to my new Mercedes. When I came by to the Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands they even offer free car wash and while waiting at the beautiful lounge the employees are very pleasant and Nic was nice to even make a short conversation and ask how I like the car.
